Through my time at Dunham's, I moved up from my entry level position to a managerial position. I was able to learn how to direct people and communicate with them to get a job done. Daily, I would answer customer service questions, manage the books for EOD/SOD, and ensure smooth execution of all activities within the store.

As a sales professional, I learned the value of customer relationships. Being able to speak with clients and give them a great experience was my main goal, for building good rapport would create a lasting relationship for the company. I also learned sales techniques and how to work as a team while still being self sufficient.

Missouri Southern State University
BS in Public Relations with a mass communication minor. During my time at MSSU, I finished courses that included Writing for PR, Communication Law, Media Editing and Design, Advanced Public Speaking. I was a recognized member of PRSSA, and have experience being an influencer for MSSU as well.
Fall 2015 - Spring 2017
Crowder College
Associates Degree in General Studies. I began my pursuit as a PR professional at Crowder College. This is where I began my studies and learned the basics of public relations and communication with the masses.
